After beginning at Marquette and taking a brief detour with professional poker, Matt found his calling in health insurance. He has a passion for helping people, with over 9 years of experience and hundreds of individuals served.
Matt is a loving father of two daughters and has a unique talent for gift giving. He’s most likely playing piano or working through a new book.

Aaron Miller
Aaron studied economics and philosophy at Depauw University. After founding a tech startup and working for several others, he found Matt and got hooked on helping grow Iconic Insurance. Aaron has a passion for National Parks, getting lost in the woods and helping his team work efficiently.
Aaron loves golf, watching dogs and has a talent for finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Dev Thompson
Dev attended Anderson University where he studied Exercise Science and Business Management while also playing football. Dev has a financial planning background both at a traditional firm as well as starting his own. In becoming friends with Matt, our founder, Dev realized how much there is a need for education and assistance for financial planners in regards to their clients health insurance needs.
Deve loves being active, lifting weights, golfing, and most importantly spending time with his wife Brittany and daughter Amelia.
